Jessica is focus child at nursery this week (rather than trying to plan for all children everyday they have 2-3 focus children a week in each room and activities are planned around their current interests and their next stage milestones). Today (first day of nursery for the week) I get these two updates which just goes to show how much she dotes on her brother (also as an ambassador for a local breastfeeding CIC I have immense pride in her normalising breastfeeding in nursery)

Yesterday a lovely lady in a shop OH occasionally goes to had saved some paper carrier bags for the guinea pigs. Apparently he had commented how much they love bags stuffed with hay when he bought something once. These bags had come in with broken handles. This morning I came downstairs and there wasn't a piggy in sight. They were all asleep in their bags.
