What made you happy today?

Well done you 🌟
It’s a lovely feeling of satisfaction when you can cross things off the to do list
I’m glad your foot is a lot better 🥰

Today was a double celebration, 5th wedding anniversary and Martin turns 2 months old!
Jessica was at nursery but hubby no longer works Fridays so we took Martin and Archer (the dog) for a walk. Mile and a half, stopped at tea rooms for tea and cake and then wandered back along the canal.
Also made me happy to walk that far given early January was when my sciatic pain started and I have barely been able to walk since. I'm not pain free, there is still work to be done but the fact I can walk that far without dire consequences is very positive and a huge step in the right direction.

Happy Anniversary and glad to hear that you’re walking better. 😊

For the first time in weeks (months?!) I had a full night's sleep! Between my hip and my toddler I'm usually up overnight at least once, but not this time 😁

Unfortunately I now have no excuse to not be productive today :))

Also I'm not saying that my dog sheds a lot of fur, but my son's latest new word is "fluff"...

Pleased you got a good night's sleep. Laughing about Baby Poggle's new word being "fluff".

I've just had the appointment with the surgeon - from the photos I sent, he's happy with how the healing and scarring is looking. He'd sent off the tissue to be checked after the surgery as well and let me know today that had all come back entirely clear. :beer:time!

Jessica is focus child at nursery this week (rather than trying to plan for all children everyday they have 2-3 focus children a week in each room and activities are planned around their current interests and their next stage milestones). Today (first day of nursery for the week) I get these two updates which just goes to show how much she dotes on her brother (also as an ambassador for a local breastfeeding CIC I have immense pride in her normalising breastfeeding in nursery)

I have discovered Pui Pui Molcar, a Japanese kids show on Netflix about guinea pig cars. It's... hard to describe.

If anyone would like to take a look, please find the first episode here:

I hope I don't get a temperature any time soon - the dreams/hallucinations after an episode of this would be wild...

That is so funny - I couldn’t help but laugh out loud 😂

I enjoy the wheek sirens - from now on I am going to imagine that this is how the GPU roll up to deal with wayward piggie owners :))

I want to know if the patient got to the hospital in time - or do they go in for cliffhangers like The Archers or Eastenders ?!

I'm afraid I've seen a few episodes now... no updates on the patient thus far :td:
