Billie's paw

Well done Billie and well done you too. It’s taken a long time and has not been easy for either of you. ❤️

Your poorly paw is looking so much better than it did 5 months ago. I know that you don't like your paw soaks or your paw bandage but your Slave is working with you to make your poorly paw better. You really must try to keep the bandage on. You will feel so much better and your paw won't hurt anymore. The GPU is looking forward to when your paw is completely better and we see a photo of the evidence.

The GPU is very impressed with how good your foot is looking and how much suffering you have had to endure because of it (They have even mentioned an award might be pending but :shh: I never told you that)

Dear the One and Only Thea,
I'm really touched and honoured by your words.
And I really like the idea of an award whatever an award is. Does it taste more like apple or more like dandelion? Both would be fine. I'm not really a fussy eater.

At the moment, there is a bit of a discussion going on if it could be possible for me to walk around without bandage soon, but my slave is quite nervous that it would make the paw worse again.
At least we only do the paw soaks once a day and mummy slave is observant enough to hand out enough Metacam when I start attacking the bandage more often. Not really the brightest creatures, our slaves, but at least she tries.

At the moment we only do paw soaks once a day. At first we did it in the mornings, now we switched to the evening.
At first Billie was really happy that she only had to take the meds in the evening, but there was no bath. Then she was even happier that one morning passed without a bath. And now she is really annoyed that the evening bath is on again. :eek:
 
Wow! I was reading this thread, and you have been in this with her for so long! I don’t know if I would be able to do this, especially with work and all that fun stuff, I think I’d go nuts! She looks so much better and I’m so happy

You do what you have to do! You would find the time. If a piggy needs your help to get better you need to help them to get better.

Yes, fortunately. At least as far as human interaction is concerned. As top pig in the group she isn't always as placid. ;)
Billie and I have got an especially strong bond. She is one of these rare piggies who really bond with a human on their own account. Billie is a very special piggy. :wub:
