Well done! When children were young I had to navigate dairy and gluten free ( much more difficult 20 plus years ago) as well as 3 of us having no taste for meat. It taught me a LOT especially with baking.Any cards not sent will now be in time for Christmas 2024.

Adapting a recipe for a diabetic as well as someone gluten & dairy intolerant means it looks nothing like the picture in the recipe book
However, the 2 parts slotted together nicely and it passed the husband taste test.
