Enjoy these years, before you know it they're slamming doors and telling you how much better everyone else's parents are. They become human again about the age of 30!

I must have been lucky then. My boys became human again at 18 after their first term at Uni when they actually realised how much Mum does!

I recently half-jokingly said to a friend with a toddler a bit older than mine that we should start a folder of cute memories to see us through the teen years 🫣

I went to an all girls secondary school, I don't know about worse but it wasn't a fun time 😂 i like to think we became human by our mid-20s though...

I have finally found my Mum's Opal ring! After 8 years I found it in the very back of her dressing table drawer which I inherited. I've looked in the drawer many times and I'm sure it wasn't there. Then all of a sudden it was! I'm so happy to have it. I never found her Wedding ring which made me quite sad, but I do have her Engagement ring.

Just finished a week of daily weigh ins following a couple of losses and everybody is now stable within their ranges 🥳 Hopefully just a blip due to the cold weather; I'm giving more veggies at night and that seems to be helping. Such a relief!

Glad I also track monthly averages - it's easy to see that my trio are all roughly the same weight as they were last month, even if they've lost a bit more weight than I'd like on a couple of weigh ins.
 
9 days and two cage cleans later and I finally found my missing braid last night! Quite how it ended up under a box on my bedroom floor that has been shifted multiple times I'm not actually sure...but I have it back!

I hope there’s no odd alternatives in the delivery.
A friend discovered a note in his Christmas delivery a couple of years ago explaining that they had no ‘Pigs in Blankets’ so they replaced them with ‘Pigs in Blankets’ flavoured crisps instead.

If I'm honest what's in the order will probably change before Thursday :bal: I really just wanted the slot, with not driving and a general dislike of going into Tesco or Asda when it's busy I don't want the goblins going short. Friday onwards was booked out though.

And it's mostly for them and probably crisps and chicken kiev bites for me. I'm nothing if not predictable.
