I forgot to thank @Wiebke and @salembinx for making vegan cakes. Thank you. They were wonderful.

@salembinx I have been walking around for the last three hours with half of one of your cakes smeared across my chops. No one said nowt, I feel a tool! :))

I only noticed it when I went to the gents!
My mates aka the gits were in fits of laughter when I returned.

Well it certainly says something when it takes longer than @lisaali to get home! Here was me thinking I would leave brum around 8 after meeting my friend... Checked train times just before 9 and lucky I did as it left me with the one option of the last train home at 10.22! So I walked in home 5 mins ago, quickly ran out the the pigs with a massive handful of veg hoping to sneak it in before they could start glaring at me lol!

It was a fab meet, think I spoke to most people though I know a few I didn't manage to get to do more than an introduction with which was a bit gutting but I will try and make a bee line for those people at the next one!

Bring on the Christmas party I say!

We thoroughly enjoyed meeting everyone yesterday and will definitely make the next one. You guys are magic and the forum is a credit to us all. Probably unknown to you all we got first dibs of @Wiebke fabulous cakes and we can assure you they went down well on the journey home along with a nice glass of wine (us Scots know how to party!). @salembinx your cupcakes were smashing too but unfortunately yours didn't last long either. Is there such a thing as cupcake rehab as we were definitely both spoilt by you two great bakers.

Waiting for the photos @Tim which we're sure will be fabby too although deniability will definitely come into it.
