It’s your fairy guinea pig …..
These are also the early signs of labour.Pulled/overworked the bottom of my back. I currently don't know if I want to stretch out, curl up, stand, sit or cry!
I remember those wellThese are also the early signs of labour.

Don't we all! Been there, done that, had 3 the babies who are now grown men and are decent members of society. (at times I did wonder!)I remember those well
Yes I was told this years ago about royal mail too, better off not labelling fragile parcels. I suppose this is what happens when staff are treated like crap and overworked not that that's really an excuse but I should imagine it, along with all the thefts, would vastly decrease if staff felt respected and appreciated at work. A couple of Christmases ago I ordered a guitar for hubby which "arrived" by Hermes/Evri. It was "lost" and when I spoke to the shop they were absolutely livid as it was the 5th guitar that week they had "lost" and obviously it's not exactly a small package so clearly there was a plan to try and get high value itemsMy neighbour's son (where I used to live) worked for a courier company (who will remain nameless). He would often see courier drivers kicking boxes, that were labelled as fragile, between them like they were having a game of football. I never label anything now as they are handled with more care when they're not labelled at all.
Oh I feel you, I've caught the kids cold. A day of a bad sore throat and pounding head, a day of sore throat and almost losing my voice, a day of full body aches and random sweats, and today my nose has decided to go like a tap and I can't stop sneezing (which is worrying when I've had two kids and have diastasis I'm still trying to resolve ). Bloody kids handled this much better than meFull of cold.... think I'm falling to bits!
Hope you feel better soon @Sar
Get well soon - lots of self care Sar

But you know what... Rest and recovery is the most important thing you could have done this weekend. Definitely not a wasted weekendThanks! Felt like I wasted my weekend and got nothing done but sleep! I've woken up feeling slightly better than last night so hopefully a step in the right direction. Full week at work though, which is where this cold came from anyway so all fun!
Feel like I've been poorly all of this month.
Have you ever ordered from www.timothyhay.co.uk ? Their soft Timothy hay is lovely and green at the moment.I pay £23 for 8.5 kg and it's free delivery and arrives within 2 days. They also do normal and extra stalky Timothy hay plus orchard grass hay.Their customer service is very good also.Well I re-activated my Haybox subscription last week since my piggies didn't like the hay that I got for them. So order went thru on Friday last week. It's now Tuesday and my order hasn't been despatched yet! I emailed them yesterday and they replied that it will be sent today, they are just waiting for more stocks of meadow hay to arrive. Well nothing, it still hasn't been sent. I'm worried that the meadow hay I have here won't last to next Monday. It's just a good thing that I mix the meadow hay with Oxbow's orchard and timothy hay. I can probably stretch it. I phoned them at 4:30 pm and didn't realise they are only open from 9am-4pm M-F. It's so annoying! I just reviewed them in Trustpilot and I was surprised they are getting loads of 1 star reviews there recently from long time customers. What a shame for them!
It's meadow hay that I order in subscription. My piggies prefer the Oxbow for timothy and orchard so that's what we usually buy. If my order won't arrive by Friday, I might have to go to Farm & Pet place to buy meadow hay.Have you ever ordered from www.timothyhay.co.uk ? Get the rat poison out quick.Grumble. Neighbour's just knocked on my door to say don't be putting food out because three dead rats were found across her garden and one next to it.
Rats are bad enough but then there's at least 4 different cats that roam around this particular area and if they're dead, part of me wonders if the cats are responsible.
But also, rats two gardens away.
You’re right Lorcan - it has to be done by a specialist so other wildlife aren’t caught in the fallout - especially as it’s bird breeding and all wildlife breeding season atmThe neighbour's got someone coming out but I'm loathe to put anything straight out, there's too much other non-rat wildlife around for that.
I had a dog that ate dead things. He once ate a mouse that died of poison. No more dog. Just remember that poisoned rodents are eaten by hungry animals.
