And my utterly gorgeous boy (ignore the brown dribbles ), was out of it but perked up for 5 mins when back in the clean cage and wondering where his ramp had gone! Taken it away from Mr Wobbly for now!

Bless him, he’s nibbling hay with the wifey now, they are friends sometimes not just grumpy squabblers!
Will give him a syringe feed soon, he’s got some soaked pellets in there but someone else looked far more interested in them than he did!
So proud of him, my brave boy

Oh and sorry forgot to say, it came to £423 so a little less than estimated
Just the travel and tea and coffee all day on top, didn’t actually eat as was a bit too worried so must do that myself soon too

Glad that he has perked up. He very much reminds me of Hywel when he had his jaw abscess. I must admit that flushing an abscess in that area is my least favourite job (or I am just plain hopeless at it).

I’m sure you’re not at all! I’ve never had a piggy jaw/neck abscess before so this will be my first experience, a little worried but I’m sure after a year of flushing RB Pedro the chinchilla’s eye socket one I’ll be fine! Both wriggly, mischievous silver !
Yes definitely at the best vets! Why although I hated the thought of leaving him there unexpectedly, knew it was for the best to just get it over and done with with Uncle Simon!

He heard the fridge! Was just making myself a cuppa and getting syringe feed ready but he knows what he wants! Not his usual extra large portion, just glad he wants some! Strange seeing him so mellow, chilled out Luigi, that’s a first!

Thanks Vicki, had a seizure Monday so I was shattered yesterday but I was planning on taking him then, glad I had a day of rest and went today instead! He’s just tucked into 35ml of syringe food (1ml at a time and made me look like a pro!) so I’ll be having my grub now! Then the dreaded first flush and bed I think Thanks, I need some of those! x
