You’re still handsome as ever Luigi. I see you haven’t lost your that look in the tunnel is enough to make any slave run for the hillsAnd my utterly gorgeous boy (ignore the brown dribbles ), was out of it but perked up for 5 mins when back in the clean cage and wondering where his ramp had gone! Taken it away from Mr Wobbly for now!

Bless him, he’s nibbling hay with the wifey now, they are friends sometimes not just grumpy squabblers!
Will give him a syringe feed soon, he’s got some soaked pellets in there but someone else looked far more interested in them than he did!
So proud of him, my brave boy

I’m sure you’re not at all! I’ve never had a piggy jaw/neck abscess before so this will be my first experience, a little worried but I’m sure after a year of flushing RB Pedro the chinchilla’s eye socket one I’ll be fine! Both wriggly, mischievous silver !Glad that he has perked up. He very much reminds me of Hywel when he had his jaw abscess. I must admit that flushing an abscess in that area is my least favourite job (or I am just plain hopeless at it).
All the best! At least Luigi has been in the best and most experienced of hands.
Thank you I can see him being a very good boy today (because he’s doped up on meds!) but back to his usual naughty self tomorrow!Awww...you're still gorgeous chunky boy Luigi. Get well soon and don't give mummy so much hard time.
Make sure you eat something. Hopefully you’ll get enough rest tonight.Oh and sorry forgot to say, it came to £423 so a little less than estimated
Just the travel and tea and coffee all day on top, didn’t actually eat as was a bit too worried so must do that myself soon too
Thank you gone so long I’m not hungry anymore! But must force some down my neck Will be getting as much into him as I can tonight then think I’ll be out for the count until nasty alarm first thing!Make sure you eat something. Hopefully you’ll get enough rest tonight.
Thanks Jackie, so chuffed he’s back home safe! A bit worried as first time but ! Me and Daisy relaxing with some music on now before I get him again poor boy, think he’s gonna be sick of the sight of me soon! I’ll try, thank youJust caught up with this thread. What a day you've had Becci! Glad Luigi has recovered. Good luck with the flushing! Make sure you get some rest and make sure you eat.
Thank you, I’d definitely put up a fight though! (I know you shouldn’t have favourites but he may possibly be mine )Luigi is still one of the most gorgeous piggies ever - I would pignap him in a minute.
And remember to take care of yourself too Becci - it's been a long and stressful day so try to rest a bit and take it easy for a few days.
Thanks Vicki, had a seizure Monday so I was shattered yesterday but I was planning on taking him then, glad I had a day of rest and went today instead! He’s just tucked into 35ml of syringe food (1ml at a time and made me look like a pro!) so I’ll be having my grub now! Then the dreaded first flush and bed I think Thanks, I need some of those! xYou can't pour from an empty cup. So remember to have a drink and snack yourself when you are sorting the gorgeous Luigi out. Then an early night sounds perfect, too. Hugs x
Thank you Yes so glad it was dealt with, must’ve felt blooming horrible in there not that he gave anything away! Hopefully he’ll heal quickly bless him. Such a good thing having a fatty that loves his grubAwww, he's still such a beautiful boy your gorgeous Luigi! Wishing him well with his recovery, so glad it was seen to and sorted quickly. What a worry. Lovely to see him munching away again, good sign!
