Pringle & Panko’s Thread

The boys now have their own room!
I am still struggling with allergies although they have got better than they were I am finding after spending more of the weekend in our living space my breathing gets bad as the start of the week, so we tackled the big task of moving the boys into the spare room!

They were a little unsettled at yesterday but seem very happy today, they can’t see the fridge anymore though!

We are moving in a few months time and the boys will have their own room there as well so hopefully this helps keep my allergies under control!

Our lovely boy Pringle is at the vets today having a dental 😔
I noticed last week he seemed a bit off and his front teeth were looking a bit slanted on Friday we went to the vets and she could see his back teeth were starting to over grow on one side.
We have been syringe feeding him over the weekend and he has gained weight, he seemed in good spirits and was still trying to eat.
We are at a new vets now and I am confident they know what they are doing so he is in good hands. He’s going to be 5 in January and has been such a healthy boy other than his lump removal last year so I am hoping everything goes okay and he can make a full recovery!

Ah lovely Pringle - hope it goes well at the Vets
He’s a gorgeous boy ❤️

Oh gorgeous Pringle I hope you are soon back home munching away with Panko. ❤️❤️

Aw, he is gorgeous 🥰 Dentals can be scary. Those roots sound worrying. Good luck with your good little patient!

He’s eating hay and nuggets!
I can’t believe it! I was so worried because of the trauma we went through with Peppers dental, does just show how having a good vet who knows what they are doing can make all the difference!

Such a relief. It’s great to hear a positive dental story.

Lovely to hear this news
I hope you have a restful sleep and feel good tomorrow 🥰

Pringle came rushing out for his veggies this morning, he struggle a little bit after his Metacam he did go to the nugget bowl and then onto the hay pile.
He certainly had a desire to eat!
Weight isn’t bad lost 45g since yesterday which given he was at the vets I don’t think is too bad, he managed to gain 55g over the weekend from syringe feeding so hopefully we will get that back on him!

He has had a check at the vets weight was 1190g so that’s good and she was very please with his progress. he’s munching more hay each day and is a lot brighter today so overall really pleased with him!
