Pigging Out

So I weighed Bodie this morning. I noticed he had some tiny white sticky stuff around his chin and a tiny dot sticking on his bottom lip that I managed to remove. Then notice that some hair on his left cheek is like a bit matted with this white sticky stuff. I was thinking some food he was eating might have stuck when he was lying on it. And then I cleaned their mats where they sleep at night. I was shaking all the hay out to a bag and notice a small sticky white thing on one tiny place on the mat. Managed to remove some of it coz it hasn't settled yet and just half hard. Then I realised, OH IT'S BOAR GLUE! Never happened to any of my boars in the past! I checked on his bits and nothing much in there apart from some grass stuck in his bum. 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️

How have you missed out on the delights of boar glue this long?!
It’s like super glue- horrible or impossible to remove!
I was constantly cutting it off long haired foster pig Basil who stayed with us earlier in the year.

So I just updated my photo collage of the past and present piggies.

I have a canvas of the old one. I wanted to have the new one printed in canvas as well but I can't find a company/shop online that would do it on the size of my photo. It's either it's too big, or the photo is cropped when I choose a smaller size canvas. I don't want to do an edit of the photo again so I just decided to create a personalised phone case with the piggies on it. I'm just waiting for it to arrive. 😊

Have you tried MyPicture Service ?
They’re a German company and did some lovely canvas prints for me.
I don’t know if they could do what you want but if you haven’t tried them it might be worth checking

They're the ones who printed my old canvas. But the sizes they do have doesn't have the exact match for my photo. If I can't find anything else, I might just print a photo and then buy a frame for it. I'll have to think about it.

Carson has been here with us for 4 weeks. And he has grown! He weighs around 830g now, from being around 640g when we adopted him.

This photo is quite deceiving though. Taken top view, he looks bigger than Bodie, who is 1360g. Not sure why this photo turned out like this. 😂
