Jaw lump

Here she is today munching away at her new carrot cottage 🥰 she is now off of all meds including pain relief, her front teeth have straightened themselves up following her dental and she is 100% normal cheeky mal 💖 I am honestly so happy and thankful for her recovery 💝💪 the only slightly odd thing she's been doing the past week or so is she now gives eye and ear licks to her friends, none of them are complaining about it they actually tend to fall asleep with her doing it, its very sweet to watch just something shes never done before 🙈 is she reaffirming her place in the hierarchy following her illness?

I'm feeling a little deflated. Mal looked just a tiny bit off at veg time so I weighed her, wouldn't usually weigh so soon after veg or half a week after the last weigh in but after everything she's been through I didn't want to chance it. She's down 80g since Thursday. Her teeth look perfectly straight and i cant see anything obviously wrong. At what point do I worry? I'm thinking bowl of recovery food and reweigh in the morning then call the vets if no improvement? Why is it always a Sunday? 😮‍💨🥺
She's weighing in at 761g which is officially her lowest. I've weighed the others and they've all slightly gained consistent with after veg so I don't think it's scale gremlins. At her highest before finding the lump she was nearly 1.16kg so she seems so very small now. Really hoping it's just a blip!

I’d give a little top up with recovery food and keep weighing. Hope its just a blip. ❤️

Mals been to the vets this morning, she has bloat and they couldn't hear gut sounds so gut stimulants, pain meds as her tummy is very sore and syringe feeding. Focusing on the positives her teeth look great and shes surprisingly perky and eating something by herself if not quite enough 💗 crossing everything this little blip is over soon and we have healthy mal back 💗

She’s just keeping you on your toes. Mine are doing similar at the moment. Hope she’s soon back to her usual self.
