Feeding after dental

Thank you, I’m glad to hear it isn’t just Pepper (although not glad that Ella was like this too ☹️) I’m hoping the vets will just dispense some more for me today as I’ll be able to pick it up from our local branch as I have no car this weekend either! X
 
I’m off to the same vets as last week to pick up some more gut medication, fingers crossed as we did start this back on Friday that it will start to kick in today and he will be eating again!
 
I hope it’s only a blip and Pepper is back on track very soon 🤞 Dental problems are up and down a bit like rollercoasters, but hope he’ll soon be on the up

Fingers crossed that the vet will dispense some more gut meds today and that Pepper is back to eating soon x
 
I’ve not found a few red spots on the bedding. They are from pepper as the pink bed is what we are using for syringe feeding, looks like blood when I wipe it away but I can’t figure out where it’s coming from (pee or poop). 😞

Oh no. Poor Pepper. Sending more healing vibes his way. He’s definitely going through it isn’t he. 😞
 
He certainly is ! I really hope it’s nothing bad I’ll be calling the vets first thing on Monday
 
Poor little man, hope you find out what the problem is and it’s easily sorted 🤞
 
Pepper had an X-ray and no stone could be seen (although he did say his spine could be hiding one as the X-ray was concious) his bladder was not full so no blockages, so it is likely an infection so we have come away with baytril he is very tender in his lower tummy area but was lively for his X-ray! Just glad to be bringing him home
 
I’ve been waiting to hear. Hope the antibiotics kick in and get rid of whatever the infection is. Glad to hear he was a little more perked up for his X-ray 😚

Make sure you get some decent sleep.
 
I'm so pleased to hear they didn't find stones. Fingers crossed the ABs get working quickly.
