Clever girl Pearl, keep chomping and make a speedy recoveryPearl is home! She's doing really well, she wasnt eating for them voluntarily but was eager to take syringe feeds. Now she is home, she's demolishing a pile of grass, and she had a bit of a pick at some hay.
Slightly frustratingly, the nurse accidentally placed a rabbit with pasteurella into my carrier..but they caught it and stripped the carrier down, disinfected it and are washing the bedding that was inside for me so.. it is what it is, accidents happen!
I'm glad she's home, she seems relieved as well to be surrounded by friends, familiar sounds and smells.

Bless her,she looks so much like my late blackieIt's been nice out today, I've not had time to get everyone onto the lawn as I was cleaning out but I took Tilly out to feel the grass on her feet, seeing as she is getting on a bit and slowing down.. 5 years she's had me believing she could only go in circles, little cow took off! Luckily she's completely blind and went straight into the side of the veggie beds so no harm done. Once she realised the grass was everywhere, she settled down to start munching. I havent seen her this active in a long, long time. So hopefully there's plenty of warm dry weather so she can spend lots of time enjoying herself.
