Billie's paw

This time it stayed on the paw. I hope the bandage isn't too tight.
Isn't it 'great' the way you always find something to worry about. :yikes:

Today the vet wrap arrived. Billie is not amused and I've got to learn to deal with this new material, because it has got a bit of a different consistency than the wrap I used so far.
But it will be better because I think it's water repellent.
As always I'm afraid to do it too tight. But since Billie's paw really needs the protective wrap at the moment, I hope it will stay in place.

Loving your blue paw Billie. Betsy said to tell you it's such a funky colour you should keep this bandage on and show off your new foot!

Awww your poor piggy. I hope your paw heals soon! Digging the blue though😎

I'm working on my technique to best wrap Billie's paw. The vet wrap works fine, but it is really hard to get it off again. Since I'm not keen on having to cut it off und I feel that the danger of doing it too tight is higher, I'm now using a mix of both bandage materials. The paw is wraped with the 'normal' cohesive bandage and I only put a small piece of vet wrap around it to keep everything in place.
Billie seems more comfortable this way and it seems to work.
