Mummy slave overslept today. When she eventually appeared we silently stared at her in a very disappointed manner ( Miss Bramble would be very impressed). We climbed the bars of our prison and continued to stare while she was drinking her coffee. The staring must have made her feel very guilty because she sorted our hay tray, got our tunnels etc set up, released us, checked and refilled our hay bag, gave us fresh water and gave us our pellets all at the same time. Usually she takes FOREVER to do everything. We then had to decide what to be most excited about? Freedom..... fresh water....... fresh hay..... different fresh hay...... pellets. I did oversleep, in my defense my new medication knocked me out. Usually all the piggy tasks are spaced out because they act like everything is a once in a lifetime occurrence. I felt very judged by their silent treatment and overcompensated. This was not a good idea as they didn't seem to be able to decide what they wanted first so obviously zoomies and dodgems ensued. Btw, they forgot to mention the spot clean
 
He is isn't he! Since we got Boris he acts very grown up and dignified. When I overslept it was actually nice watching him zooming and generally acting like a mad pup again! I keep thinking of him as an old boy but he's only about a year old. Maybe he takes his responsibility as Top Pig too seriously?
 
Came home with the grocery shopping and when we unpacked the basil, George, who had been sleeping, was suddenly standing in the kitchen doorway sniffing frantically. He then rediscovered his full volume WHEEK. I think it's fair to say that it's his favourite. I made less pesto than I planned 🙄
 
Boris is very busy right now preparing his campaign against the oppression of intact boars. He has appointed George as his campaign manager and mummy and daddy slave are in charge of catering and housekeeping. He is trying to think of a name with a catchy acronym but so far the only ones he has come up with are too rude. He is confident that his introductory speech will be ready tomorrow and that he will have lots of support. Prepare for the revolution!

Dear Boris

I am not against intact boars. I have not oppressed intact boars. It's just the photos that your Slave and all the other Slaves have put on the Forum I'm objecting to. It is, after all, a family forum and young eyes should not be subject to such X rated pictures.
