The Beastie Boys

I'm waiting on one last delivery, hopefully tomorrow, then the beastie boys palace with penthouse will be restored.The door grids and ramp arrived today. I mistakenly ordered 4x2 correx bases instead of 5x2 so it will look a bit patchwork but it'll be easier for the ramp cutout.

Love the patchwork look here, correx, fleece pads, mix and match grids, all matching hopes abandoned long ago!
 
Me too! I actually spent the extra for the correx bases from kavee so I could get the nice blue. Going to be patching it in with black from cage creations though!
Oh well, the boys don't care, they're settling nicely. Master Boris has calmed right down since the move, we are getting lovely calm cuddles at lap time as well as full on arm licking ❤️

I did a big wee on The Mummy Slave and the brand new sofa. It's the first time I've weed on anyone. I hope you are proud of me.

To be fair Sir George did let me know ( he always does) but Master Boris was so calm and settled that I didn't react quick enough. Poor little man looked so embarrassed about it too!
We are very much enjoying the new calm and cuddly version of Mischievous Master Boris. Dignified Sir George has been more forthcoming with his arm licking too! We don't know how or why it's happened but no complaints about having two very chilled and affectionate piggies instead of one.
 
We put them in the top. Sir George had a good sniff around, popcorned then spent 10 minutes charging up and down the ramp!
Master Boris has had a sniff around and popcorned but not used the ramp yet. We mixed up used and cleaned fleece on both floors.

Imagine if, on racing to the top of the ramp, he just took off! Up, over and out of the cage (and then swooped down on an unsuspecting shoulder or a Sunday roast).
 
Wow! That looks amazing. Sounds like Sir George had made himself at home. Hope Master Boris figures out the ramp soon.

Hamish has tucked himself into his fleece tunnel & is leaving Wally to his foolish ideas!
 
We have 3 door grids on each floor. Master Boris is now pootling up and down the ramp happily. After several demonstrations not working, Sir George forced him to use it. It looked quite nasty but as soon as Master Boris was downstairs, Sir George popcorned like mad so it was obviously for teaching him.

No more smelliness, just had a moment though.... I noticed their poops are dark purple! Then I remembered the dried beetroot they've been tucking into!
I'm starting to think that Master Boris may require a new adjective as his name since he is not just enjoying cuddle time but demanding it! Possibly Mellow Master Boris?

Munificent Master Boris
 
I'd love a pair of well bonded boars again there's nothing like that relationship. I really miss those I've had. I didn't realise how lucky I was at the time. I now have 4 singles but paired (can't live together, can't live without!) and a tolerating each other pair living together who'd probably rather live with someone else.

Watching our visiting pigs, has made me feel a little like this too. Boys are crazy, but fun!
 
I love watching my boys interact. Yesterday Master Boris was being a bit of a brat and nipping out at Sir George who was responding by jumping back then popcorning like a bucking bronco until he was back in range.
They seem to only have one speed up and down the ramp at the moment......full on charge! I think it's fair to say that they are enjoying having their space back judging by the zoomies with hobnailed boots on. Definitely NOT light on their feet 🐾🥾
