Our piggies

I am so sorry, what a horrible start to the new year for you.
Sending you my very best wishes and hugs at such a difficult time.

I am so sorry you’ve had to say goodbye to Billy, what a terrible shame after he had done so well after his op. Take heart you gave him a lovely life and he will have known just how much you loved him

Sleep tight little man 🌈

Meet Pumpkin(brown) & Basil(white- floof.).
They are foster pigs from our local rescue.

The foster boys are in the bigger accommodation. When I offered to foster one, we somehow were persuaded to take 2! These boys are only temporary visitors until their forever home is found.
They are currently a rooms width away from Hamish. Hamish has already sent out a water bottle telegram message, no answering replies yet!
If Pumpkin & Basil are still with us in a couple of weeks we will try and get everypig side by side.

They’re behind you.
First pellet is always hand fed, the visitors are certainly struggling with the concept that the rest could be anywhere! The rescue offered us spare bowls- I politely declined. Think they thought me a bit crazy. ( They rescue all types of animals).

Hi if you don't mind me asking are these two lovelies living alone but next to each other permanently just asking as because of various bad luck which I won't bore you with I have a single guinea on his own at the moment and 2 next to him but worry he is lonely x

Hi! I don’t mind.
Hamish & Billy(RB) lived happily as neighbours, for almost a year. Unfortunately Billy was pts at the beginning of this year, after suffering with recurring bladder stones.
The boys did very well living side by side.
They were happier interacting through the bars. Hamish has a weak pelvis/back and did not take well to Billy’s humptastic welcome when the boys were introduced to each other.
Sorry to hear about your boys, I am sure he will settle & enjoy the other two’s company through the bars.
