I’m trying to tell myself it’s a positive thing really, at least afterwards no more stroppy seasons or ‘lady’ problems for her anyway if all goes well! Thank you x

If she's generally healthy it's far less risky now for a planned op, than a very poorly piggy a few months down the line in an emergency situation.

It sounds like small, but growing cysts are more troublesome generally than bigger cysts, but if she's spayed she'll be a different piggy altogether :)
Ellie was so much more chilled out & amenable after her hcg injections. So the hormones must be buzzing around in Aliona! Poor Luigi! :hug:

Thanks Andrea, yes hoping I’ve caught it early as she’s only started going a bit mad this week with her hormones etc so 🤞it all goes well as she’s a healthy girl normally!

Glad the injections worked so well for Ellie and she was a more chilled lady bless her.
She’s just had a mad hour :gd:running after Luigi and rumbling away again after being quiet all day, poor lad doesn’t know if he’s coming or going atm! :)) 🙈

My little Lolo had a calm day yesterday, Luigi was pleased 🥳 :)) Her nipples already looking stacks better with a couple of days of brilliant GG’s Super Soufflé cream too :D❤
Her coat is losing a lot of condition though, not her beautiful shiny self anymore 🙁

Definitely not looking her best compared to not long ago bless her, such beautiful shiny locks normally!
Just wondering if there’s any extras she can have that could help a little, want to make sure she’s in tip-top condition (as much as she can be anyway!) for her op next week! I know (well hopefully) she’ll be looking, and feeling, much better when those nasty ovaries are out but we know I’m a worried mummy too! :)) :doh:

Still munching well anyway, well when Gigi’s big head gets out the way! XD Cataracts don’t stop him! But I did get a bite last night when he was trying to pinch her syringe, so I’m blaming that on them! Or it’s Cleo’s fault, she’s rubbing off on them all! :)) 🦈
 
My beautiful girl’s all booked in for her spay! Nervous mummy will be worrying until a phone call but sure it’ll all go well 🤞 She was very happy having her parsley on the bed before we went this morning and I’ve warned Cat and Rabbit they might have a noisy day with big-gob Luigi around! XD

Aww I’m sure it will all go perfectly and once she’s healed up the future will look and feel so much better without all those pesky hormones interfering in things.

Thank you, I’m exhausted but ok thanks. Yes I bet you didn’t sleep much, hope you manage to get something to eat too, I know I struggle when stressed. She‘s in the best hands and I’m sure all will go very smoothly. xx

Hope you can have a rest today then, you must be shattered with all your hard work! I’d normally starve all day stressing too but didn’t eat much yesterday so got a Greggs delivered when I got home, doughnuts, yumyums and Belgian buns to be scoffed soon! :)) Then hoping I can get a nap after a (hopefully!) positive phone call, had seizures at wknd so exhausted! Hope you have a good day! xx

Sadly I love semi rural so that’s not an option round here but probably for the best or I’d be too tempted.

Vet nurse just called and my Lolo’s come round really well after the op and has been eating, yay! :love: :yahoo: Bless her, thank god for that! She’s got to go back for a check up in 5 days. Back in her kennel with Luigi now so he’s prob very happy to see her and driving her mad already cuz he’s missed her rotten!
