This is us being difficult and uncooperative about photos.
We were very good when our slave took us to the nice vet nurse for nail trims but that was quite enough being good for one day.
We even behaved when the nurse weighed us and she was happy with our weights.
Moses - 1240, a very cute teddy
Miriam - 1220, just stunningly beautiful

We did get dill as a treat when we went back in our cage 😋😋😋😋😋
 
Yes, the cleaner called Chez feisty today because before the vacuuming he was doing zoomies for her!

It's probably because they are new to you but I keep thinking they are babies....🤣

Dear Miss Bramble,
It has come to our attention that our slave has been eating our veggies today.
She had the cheek to eat the romaine lettuce, red pepper and cucumber for lunch.
These are for us alone.
This is on top of the abuse we had to suffer being weighed and health checked.
We do not think a new carrot cottage is adequate compensation.
Please help.

Thank you for your rumbles. I am here to help you and your friend Miriam get justice.

First things first, we all have to suffer the indignity and abuse of the weekly weigh ins and health checks this is for our own good even though you may not think it is.

Right now that is out of the way. Just who does your Slave think she is? Eating your veg! The very cheek of it! You have to let her know that this behaviour is a step too far.

I have looked in the newly printed leaflet "When your Slave eats your veggies and what to do about it" and Page 3, Paragraph 4, Section 2a states "Should your Slave have the audacity to eat veg intended just for you, you have to make him/her know that this will not be tolerated to do this you must
  1. Wheak loudly especially when your Slave is on an important Zoom call and explain what has happened to anyone who will listen.
  2. Start up bar biting (though not so hard it breaks your teeth) Slaves find the noise it makes strangely comforting.
  3. Follow the experts Fizz and Fuzz (@piggieminder) and produce loads of stinky poops this will teach your Slave that lack of veg means stinky poops.
  4. Tell the other Slave (if your are fortunate enough to have another one) of your fate and hopefully other Slave will join forces with you and tell your main Slave off for eating your food.
  5. If your Slave tries to bribe you with anything (a carrot cottage, hay cube, new snuggly, hay house, posh hay, Ready grass etc) refuse to play with it/eat it. This will let your Slave know that bribery will not work.
  6. When your veggies arrive (assuming your Slave hasn't eaten them all that is) try not to inhale them, leave them in your cage/run/hutch for a while as this will worry your Slave into wondering why you aren't eating them and your Slave will realise that she shouldn't have eaten your veg in the first place."
I hope the above helps your Slave to have a light bulb moment and never eat anything intended for your consumption ever again.

Dear Miss Bramble,
Thank you for your reply.
We are still a bit too scared to come out and bite the bars but we will practise that.
When our plateful of yummy veggies arrived we did try to wait. We left them for a whole 10 seconds which is an eternity.
We will work on some of your suggestions and we hope that will help.

Hello forum friends. I decided it was time to create panic in my slave by growing my back fur in a way that looked as if I have mites.
There are no mites, I grow my fur strangely when I moult and because I’m a very cute black Teddy my fur looks silver and my slave thought I was losing fur.
I was very good for the nice vet lady.
At 1245g she’s happy with my weight and heft. I have perfect teeth and my heart and lungs are normal.
I forgot to show her that I can do enormous poops.
My slave said I’m worth the vet bill so Aunty Karen won’t worry when we go and stay with her soon.
