Hay

I think If the oat hay is the best you can buy then they will need to be fed the oat hay. Being uk based, we can’t help with what quality and type of hay you can get. I think you can only do your best, but alfalfa certainly should not feature in their diet

Please do look to get them a bigger cage though

if you come to Israel we ca talk here (:

Can you not buy Timothy online?
Also is there no pet shop chains or anything in Israel?

there is the coronavirus...
Amazon don't send to Israel do you can send a l link?

Are your pet shops all closed during Coronavirus? Ours in the uk are still open
We can’t really send you links because our suppliers are uk suppliers and if amazon don’t operate in Israel then that won’t help

I may be assuming incorrectly, but do you have farms nearby anywhere? Do they make hay? Would you be able to get some from there? If there is somewhere where they keep horses you could ask them where they get their hay. There must be some somewhere. I’m sorry it’s difficult.

i am very very scary i don't know what to do

@Yoav are there farms nearby you can try? Or do you know someone who has donkeys or horses? Maybe they can tell you where to get some...

to hay for buy

the hay we get will be from uk farms or horse suppliers, uk online suppliers, amazon or pet stores. None of these will help you if amazon doesn’t operate in your area.
You need to find a supplier local to you

yes i found
That’s good. Now work on a bigger cage as piggies&buns says. It needs to be minimum 150x60cm. 180x60cm would be better. You can get the same cage and put them together width wise. Or get something to block off a play area they can access all the time.

They don't eat it either ...

what to do?
they still don't eat it I think they afraid

what to do?
they still don't eat it I think they afraid

Put the hay in
Cover part of the roof of their cage with a blanket to give them security. They will hopefully come out and eat when you aren’t there. Piggies are prey animals and their default mode is scared, they need time to settle in as you’ve not had them long.

I’ll say again, please look into getting them a much bigger cage. That cage is far below any welfare standards and they simply don’t have enough room to move. as the piggies grow, they may fight because they don’t have enough room

:agr: To covering the cage. They are likely scared. If you can get two small boxes. Put them in for them to hide instead of the plastic one.

Could you possibly post a picture of your piggies? We’d love to see them now we’ve talked about them so much!
