One pound off this week. Rather quite frustrated as I’m 1/2lb off my 1 stone award and wanted to get it this week. Eating out 3 times next week so worried I’m going to gain x

Another pound off this week which I’m quite surprised about as I’ve eaten out 3 times but I’ve got my stone award x

I had a small gain this week, I've been on night duty and always gain, I'll have to get my nose to the grindstone for next week.

Started my diet today, need to lose 2 stone, trying to do some walking each day to speed the weight loss up.

Another pound off this week but I’m feeling a little disappointed as I thought I’d done better plus we’re going to Belgium next week so lots of eating and drinking so I’m worried I’ll pile weight back on x
