Dental for Trixie

We had to put her down today. There were just too many problems. The teeth were worse than before, there was a neurological problem getting worse by the day, and yesterday she developed a lump, that the vet said most likely was cancer.
I don't want anyone making me feel bad about this. I feel guilty enough as it is. It was either a life full of surgery that would prolong her life a few months more, or not. The vet said there was no long term solution and with the neurological problem and the lump, she didn't think she would last the weekend. She said there was something sinister going on somewhere that was suddenly causing these problems.

I'm so sorry you've had to say goodbye to Trixie. It sounds like she had rapidly declined and was no longer the bright piggy you knew. ❤

Again, I'm so sorry about Trixie- making that tough decision is one of the hardest but most loving things we can do for our piggies at the end. 🌈
 
I am so very sorry that you had to say goodbye to Twixie 😞 It sounds like she declined quickly and had a lot going on. Saying goodbye is one of the hardest decisions we have to make but one that’s made out of love (((hugs))) Sleep tight Twixie xx
