All Jigsaw Puzzlers out there post your puzzles!

So my next jigsaw is one I bought donkeys years back when I still lived in the flat with Comet and Blitzen and if I don't do it now, I probably never will. So I'm not going to say what it is, but note the bottom half. Oh yeah. Foliage!

Knowing what I'm in for with this one, I am very grateful. I'll just be glad to get it done.

Leaf it or leave it? :D

Another whodunnit jigsaw I bought in a charity shop a couple of years ago. Disappointingly, you do not need the jigsaw to solve the murder and the picture on the lid is the same as on the jigsaw, so not quite the challenge. However, as a jigsaw it is not too bad as it has lots of smaller areas you can work your way through bit by bit.

Oh I was wondering where it was. I like that 😊

I have another couple to try but I'm going to need to do them on a non-slip surface next time so I can remove it intact by flipping it over. I did get sliding it off but it was too close to falling apart to want doing again.

It’s done. Thank goodness. I actually went to bed last night seeing green foliage 😵‍💫

I did quite enjoy the challenge.

Bravo! :clap::clap::clap:

Well done in achieving your certificate in applied jigsaw leafage (top level). Frame the certificarte, mark the day in gold in your calendar and celebrate each anniversary. :D

Thank you. This is only the third puzzle I have done in over 35 years (apart from Bob the Builder and Thomas the Tank Engine). So I was definitely thrown in at the deep end.

Definitely the deep end... Anyway, be proud of having stuck it out and got to the end. I doubt that many people will do. Any other jigsaws will be a comparative doddle because they have usually got less large areas where you struggle with both shape and printed pattern at the same time.

It's finally done. Yet more foliage for my nightmares.

Edit - I know the German is wrong, it's the forum's fault for correcting it lol

That's the same castle as I did in February @Lorcan only yours is a portrait view and mine was landscape.

2000 pieces! Blimey you'd need a massive space to do that!

I actually have a 2000 piece board that sort of...sits on top of my desk. It's also much bigger than my desk so it overhangs on 3 sides lol. Same board as my smaller one except the imcreased size means it needs a fold but no idea if it's going to be useful to transport a puzzle downstairs lol. Not like I'll be doing it any time soon to check.

I'm still using it as an extended table in the meantime, lol.

Neuschwanstein in Autumn.

Well done! That must have been a real pain!

It gave the English translation in miniscule print on the side of the box, part of their Deustchland (hopefully that spelling's right) Collection.

Beautiful castle though. Images don't do it justice, can't do it justice really.

It's Deut-sch. In German 'sch' is pronounced the same as English 'sh' while 'tsch' is the equivalent of English 'ch'.
German 'eu' is pronounced 'oy'.
