All Jigsaw Puzzlers out there post your puzzles!

That looks hard @Lorcan . The one I'm making now I think will have to be the last for a while, we really don't have the space. I'm getting complaints from Brillo that he can't see anything out of his cage but the side of a table! I'm shoving the table round the room when I'm cleaning cages to get to each one. It's okay for a few weeks but then it gets a bit much, it's a good job we don't get visitors.

If it was newer I'd be on to Clementoni and see about getting a replacement piece, but I bought it too long ago really. Oh well. There's always another lol.

I've checked the floor and a basket it could've jumped into, and it's not here. It happens sometimes, kinda irritating but it does. To the next one I go!

Maybe I should find better background noise than Murdertown though, lol.

At least I got it back undamaged and I hadn't thrown out the box yet. Tower Bridge can wait for a while yet before I redo it though, lol.

I am currently tackling another 1000 piece whodunnit without a picture; it's well over a decade since I did it once. Slow progress over the weekend since I can only work in short spurts and around other things but I am getting there and have now figured out what goes where.

I've seen these for sale and figured they'd be good, but the price is a little too much for me.

They are really gorgeous, this one had metallic pieces in it too. It was expensive I think around £20, but it was from Santa! I got another one for my birthday, the round one with exotic birds on it if you have seen it? but I need to find somewhere in my house with enough space to do it!

It's this one I'd originally liked the look of.

The board I'm using at the moment allegedly covers up to 1000 piece round puzzles and while it's not non-slip, it lies flat and has a cover. When the cover is properly on the pieces won't shift even when the board gets tilted.

(you can see the edge markings here). I've had various puzzle boards over the years but this one's an immediate favourite. Be nice if I could find a bigger one lol, but it works.

Aw it won’t show me your link!
Oh that looks like a good board! The only boards I have seen are the roll up mats and apparently they aren’t great. Where did you get that one?

On Amazon, although I got it on sale I'd buy it at that price too. The little felt pouches they send with it aren't any use for building parts of the puzzle on but they're very good for sorting pieces.

If you want something non-slip a Portapuzzle is a better option, but I glue the puzzle afterwards and it's far easier to slide it off this one.

I started another puzzle tonight after saying I wasn't doing anymore as the table needed to go away! I found one today and having seen tomorrows weather forecast I decided doing a puzzle was preferable to housework. It's really time to get started in the garden but rain will keep me indoors.

This is fab Lorcan thank you! Solved my problem for the round puzzle!

I finished one tonight and there is a piece missing. I liked doing it so much I want to keep it to do again. I will move the sofa and other furniture tomorrow in case it's fallen off the table and gone under something. Fingers crossed I find it. I know I'm going to find some piggy poop under the sofa, time to make an appointment with the hoover and duster!

I've found pieces lurking and laughing at me down the side of the sofa and chairs before now So remember to check there too.
