Wombles got a respiratory infection

He's doing it again. A little light hooting. He was asleep and stopped as soon as he woke up.
I'm taking him back the vet again. It's driving me nuts that I wish it wasn't happening!
I cannot tell if he's ok or not! He's eating well enough and he's as active as the other two. Maybe a little less so because he's not a teenager anymore, but it's very stressing to hear it after these last few months of Stripe, the babies having bad lice and an infection with a poorly eye, then his neutering and then him getting a respiratory infection! Stop! Stop! Just stay well for five bloody minutes!

So sorry you’ve had such a rough year with them all. It’s never just a one off, they are like buses, they all come at once. Poor Womble, come on lad your Mum needs a break x

The vet said he sounds fine in his chest.
We had some options: we could put him on the nebuliser, put him on some precautionary antibiotics or get a conscious chest x ray.

To be honest I'm not sure what to do.
He seems fine. I'm going to see if I can get video of it but it's really quiet and even when he was hooting loudly it was difficult to record. The microphone on my phone did not really pick it up.

We're going to keep nebulizing but as for the chest x ray and the antibiotics I'm not sure.
Because I don't want him to feel sick for no reason on the antibiotics and the vet said if he didn't have something massively wrong with him it wouldn't show up on the x ray...

The vet said he was fine but asked to get some video of him making the noise in his sleep if I could and how I nebulised him just to make sure it was done properly.
