I thought the snow was melting yesterday late afternoon. Well, looked outside before I slept at 3am and it was like a blizzard! Here it is when I woke up, more and more snow than yesterday. Garden cam is even half covered with snow! (I know, garden cam time isn't correct..we didn't change it when clocks changed last October )

It started melting yesterday here too with the rain but has come back again over night and been blowing around a lot.

All gone! Not even a bit round the north facing hedges on the hill over the back, it usually lingers there for a few days.

All trains cancelled so no trip into Liverpool for me.
Buses weren’t running either at first.
It’s melting fast.

I was standing by my bins yesterday when I heard a massive thud - a rather large amount of snow had just slid off my neighbour's door canopy roof. Thankfully nobody was near it at the time.

Really I think it is more likely to be cold melt water trickling down my neck

With where the telephone cables are hung overhead from the mast to the houses there was a constant drip-drip-drip from them yesterday too, with the occasional larger lump of snow sliding off as well. The canopy roof just jolted me slightly, it was enough snow that it could've caused said neighbour an injury had she been near it.
