Long-term health problems of a psychological nature - everything got too much. Just recently made the decision to even stop the little free-lancing I had been doing in addition to getting disability. I simply CANNOT any more. Tho I could theoretically start up again in 4-5 years if I'm better-ish by then, but I doubt that will take place.
