Apologies, I’ve not been on here for a few weeks. We are just crazy busy. Business is really busy, and my photography business has really taken off, so I’m just about squeezing it all in around work at the college.
Piggies are doing great! My little boar trio (Thor, Rufus and Merlin) are still getting along
Boris and Jacob are also doing really well! Everyone had their houses extended. Now that I have a 3 and a 2, I’ve been able to divide the room so they have just over half a room for each group.
Koda is going great. He’s been on lots of adventures. He has his 4th birthday coming up, so going to plan him a nice day out somewhere new
Woody is also doing great. He visited a specialist vet last month (specialises in sports horses) as he needed some steroid injections into his stifle joints to keep him working and sound. He is 15 this year and has had quite the competitive career with his show jumping and dressage; so some joint arthritis is to be expected. We are seeing arthritis more and more in young horses, so he’s doing very well at 15. Anyway, we are now back training, he has a check up next week and then (fingers crossed) it’s time to get out competing again. He’s really stepping up the dressage levels now
