Rocky's GI Statis

Thank you all. Your words are much appreciated. ❤

Sierra and Vegas have said their goodbyes to Rocky. They are both doing fine and eating. They haven't been eating with Rocky for a long time now anyway, so they are used to just being the both of them only. Last time Rocky joined them was on Monday night to eat spring greens, which was really a surprise considering his state at that time. They were with Rocky only during when they were sleeping during the day or night. Rocky has not played with them for a long time.

I would do some tribute in the Rainbow Bridge section when I can stop crying. 😭💔

I'm so sorry to hear about Rocky. I recently lost a pig to GI stasis too - I've been sending healing thoughts to Rocky for days. It sounds like you did absolutely everything you could. Please look after yourself.

Oh I’m so sorry you had to say goodbye to Rocky this morning, you could not have done more. Rocky will have known just how much you both loved and cared for him, and the wonderful life he had with his little ladies x
Sending you both hugs x

Oh I’m really sorry. He was so loved and he knew it. You really did everything you could for him. Sending lots of love. X

Came to check on this thread and saw the news. It brought tears to my eyes.
I am so sorry that you you had to make this difficult decision for Rocky.
No piggy could have asked for more caring slaves than you.
Be gentle with yourselves as you grieve.
Hugs
