Piggie looks like she has mumps Do i need to PANIC.

Worse nightmare. . Florence been like I said little quiet sat . . She's eating and I get little squeak now and then but she's defo not right and think I felt little lump under one of her stitches. . My heart sank . . . This piggie is not right.
I've got her in at Thu 2.15 to see Sheryl . . Results not back from Tumor removed 2 weeks ago.
I need your tlc again guys. X
I'm a defo worry guy and really hope I'm being too cautious . .
She's not active as much but when she is she seems ok. . . Mrs Dougal is helping . .
 
Well I don't really know about medical things but I know that being at home with you and Mrs Dougal is the best place for her to be. You will be able to give her so much love and treats while you wait for Thursday. The waiting is awful but look at it as a chance to have some really special time. Everyone here will be thinking of you I'm sure đź’•

These pigs will be my downfall.
Watching telly and hear madness from piggie room.
Seen more action of Florence in 20 mins than last 3 days. Loud and buzzing.
Rearrange couple things including a fresh paper bag with hay. Oh my it's now battle to get snuggled up. :doh:
 
I think (hoping very much) piggie slave got things a little wrong.
Florence was booked into vets thur as she was not herself and I thought I could feel something next to stitches. 20200519_190232.webp
Course soon as I booked vets. Guess who demanded attendance and love
Today after work she's a massive love . . We had a cuddle and I felt her all over and "lump" could be hard skin under stitches.

Thank you. My last year as you know losing the beautiful 3 has made me very protective of these 2 and Florence didn't need a horrible Tumor but we as I always will put me piggie 1st . . . Tho last 2 hours she's done nothing but squeak and it's heaven.
Hope you ok and family both 2 legs and 4 ones . . X
 
Is it just a thickening, or an actual lump you can feel? It's probably just scar tissue, or you can sometimes get a collection of fluid form, where a lump is removed from, called a Seroma. This is nothing to worry about, and generally is re-absorbed, or can be drawn off, if the vet thinks it's causing a problem.

Think and I don't mind admitting it been bit of a dick. . hope so.
Florence has 2 big stitches under her chin and she will not let me take a good photo. This is a good one but madam seems to be blowing me a kiss. 20200519_190232-1.jpg
She will let me tickle her and when I feel each stitch which are quite clunpy nothing but when I do both I feel internally something . . Hope it's just tissue etc.. . She's ok now had a quiet weekend which added with piggie slave worry I called vets. Now we going Sat 11am.
Last night I had 5 HOURS of her squeaking and wanting fussing . . So much I had to give them lots floor time she's fell asleep watching a film.

Once this lockdown is over I'd love to vist you and hope you allow me too. David

It sounds like scar tissue, but good you're getting it checked. I really don't think it's anything to worry about. You are very welcome to visit, when able to and I would really love to introduce you to all our piggies!
 
Aww Florence all these ups and downs! C'mon be a good girl - eat, drink, pee, poop & wheak lots for daddy & the forum :luv: hope you get on ok at the next vets appointment. Hopefully it's just fluid/scar tissue & it'll go down soon.

She's still a beautiful girl even after her op! :drool:

The girls all have their paws crossed for a speedy recovery xx
