And another!

That’s one of the happiest times I’ve seen GP poop. My Frankie had the same problem in April this year and he got through it. C’mon Mr Patrick you can do this. We on the forum love you and it would be a great Christmas present if you could do a nice big poo for every member 😁. Glad he’s improving Hannah . No doubt you’ll be on poop control for the next few days.

Thanks everyone! Really appreciate all the support and get well wishes for Patrick.
It’s been a hell of a week with over a $1000 on his vet bills. But he’s worth every penny.
I can’t get too hopeful yet, he’s still got a way to go.. But he’s much more active and laying some awesome torpedos (as you can see!).
Come on Patrick, you can do it my little solider!

That’s one great big poop. Hopefully his digestive system is starting to wake up a bit and do its job. Come on Patrick. Keep on pooping.

Well done - these are nice fat, firm boar poo sausages! Well done - it means that his gut is starting to work properly and that he is also getting enough feed/fibre in his diet. The one on the right looks like a normal boar poo should look like. :yahoo:

Poor Patrick has been producing lots of poo’s today, but he complains in pain each time he does one, and their very dark and a bit smelly poops. He’s in a lot of discomfort and just sits/lays down all day in one spot. We’ve been critical care’ing him every hour as he isn’t eating anything else we offer him.
If he pulls through the night (will get up every 2hrs to CC him) I’ll be taking him straight to the vet in the morning before work where he will spend the day again, I’m guessing he’ll need another X-ray and stronger pain meds.
I wonder why he’s in so much discomfort now?

I’m sorry he is still suffering. Hope they get to the bottom of it soon.

So many poops Patrick, well done. Hopefully they can get to the bottom of his pain. Does the milky substance look like what they use when grooming?

Go Patrick with all those poops! Bless him, hope you all have a good night and the vets goes well tomorrow. Big hugs to you and Patrick xx

Thanks everyone, I do feel he may have been feeling slightly better this morning. Was a long night getting up every 2 hours!
I’ve dropped him off at the vets for the day so he can continue with CC and maybe stronger pain relief as I’m at work so didn’t want to leave him home all day if he doesn’t eat. Vets were all ready bursting at the seams, felt bad just turning up and handing him over. Shame I didn’t get to speak to the actual vet only the vet nurse. Hoping she listened to what I said that he’s pooping lots so won’t need the injections this time! He’ll be seeing the vet that I wasn’t too keen on last week.. but he did a good job. I’m a little nervous.
