Adult Guinea Pig
So its been a while since I updated here, mainly because not much has really been going on. Bramble is still going nicely, and ive still heard nothing back from pets at home.
I now have the email address for the top dude, so thats my next move if customer services dont reply to my email today. Ive got more than enough ink and paper to resend my original complaint every week for months to come if they really feel like ignoring me...
I have found a lovely German group on facebook that deals with E.cuniculi so I am learning a lot more about it. I'm happy this means that I can give Bramble a better quality of life where necessary. I am very saddened though in learning that digestive issues with no pain, no dental cause, no cause at all really..is also a symptom of EC. I cant help but think of Blackberry and how at the end, her incisors angled the same and Brambles, how the other vet we saw said is was likely the same as what was causing Brambles teeth to do it but at the time we werent sure what that was.
If only id given her a precautionary treatment of panacur she might still be here. She showed no other signs of EC but its looking likely thats what killed her. I'm so frustrated with myself I feel like ive let her down all over again.
