Mavis 1st Vet visit. Horrible lump on her side

She’s home and very groggy
Lucky Moo leaving her alone and sleeping with her
Off to get some pain killer for her
She’s had hell of a op the growth was bigger than a walnut


Bless her
I’ve opted to have the thing Histopathology
So we know what we dealing with
The other lumps are small less than a pea but I’m gona concentrate on her getting better x

Oh Mavis. My Jellybaby had a big lump removed from his tummy. It healed amazingly quickly (far quickly than my own wounds) so hope Mavis will soon be feeling better

Moo knows her mummy is poorly and leaving her alone and didn’t pince some of her food.
Mavis has eaten a little and I’m pleased with that.

Well she’s had her bedtime meds and she was wet behind probably sitting in one place. She took some catching lol.
She wriggled like hell over a little bum bath and after meds she now eating some sweet gem lettuce’s
Not over worried about the wet area
She’s doing good
I’m going to sleep in piggie room cos I’m a Huge softie xx

Good morning all
She’s slept well
This morning we had a cuddle and she’s taken her meds

Am I still beautiful daddy
Yes Mavis you are….
She’s had little bum bath as little wet but not too bad and of course being a northern guy waste not Dave popped Mrs Dougal in for a not needed bum treat


THATS HER BUM END LOL.
Mavis eating in her sleeping house and I can hear hay and leaves being munched so I’m pls with that
All this in less than 24 hours

Glad she is recovering well. I remember going through similar with my late Peter. When the vet went in to remove a lump she was shocked at the sheer number of small lumps and tried her best to prepare me for the worst possible news. It turned out that my little Peter just had a fatty lump farm in him and nothing sinister, I do hope it's a similar story for Mavis
