It's really not what it looks like!

I was thinking the small black parcel in the front was a puzzle/brain teaser and the bigger black one was clothing of some sort. The large gray parcel looks like it has something bulky inside . . . I need to think about it . . .

Hot with some sort of clothing in the bigger black one on the right. But what sort of clothing?
What is in the big grey one at the back?
