Thank you both @Spaghetti & Noodles and Yvonne I‘m so happy and relieved it’s gone so well. Little Kiki is such a cutie, I can’t wait, Debbie has done such a good job there, amazing how well it’s gone x

Can't believe I missed all the action yesterday! But found this thread (at last!). So pleased for Hector and Kiki and another Forum Piggy Wedding!
hehe it’s great isn’t it, they both deserve a bit of happiness and I’m so happy they are quite the devoted pair! X

:yahoo: Congrats! Glad Hector has found himself a match made in heaven!
We got an 8 week old boar (...still no name lol) almost seven weeks ago now. Young piggies are crazy and very entertaining to watch. Lots of zoomies, popcorning, inquisitiveness, and they are very very vocal(at least, ours was). Every time he would move, there would be a sound accompanying it. He’s still like that but it isn’t constant anymore as of a couple of weeks ago when his testicles descended :yikes: . Having a baby piggy around has brought out the youngster in BB (13/14 months old) and would make him zoom and popcorn too. It’s lovely to see the clear signs that they are loving life and younger piggies are thrilled about everything! I’ll definitely miss it when the zoomies and popcorns die down.
I bet you’re chuffed to bits with how well Hector and Kiki have got on, here’s hoping they live long and happy lives together! They are both so gorgeous :)

We are chuffed to bits, thank you. It’s been a bumpy ride for poor Hector in his short life but things are looking so positive now he has his little wife Kiki, such a little cutie ☺️
I’m looking forward to getting them home and watching their every move and plenty of popcorns too x

Aww soo sweet! Kiki is so tiny 🥰
Love the bit when they have a little kiss!

Well, as some of you will know, Hector went on his holidays to Debbie’s at TEAS in the hope he could find a little companion. Debbie did not disappoint 😊 Hector was bonded with Kiki yesterday and I am please to announce they have bonded really well. Kiki is a 4 week old girlie from a back to back pregnancy. Her poor Mum was in a cage with three males and ended up pregnant within hours of giving birth to 6 little boars. Kiki was born with two brothers and three sisters. These little piggies were being bred for snake food!
Debbie says they are always sat next to each other and what one does the other follows. Hector has even shown Kiki how to drink from his Sippy travel water bottle. Kiki find it quite funny if Hector occasionally gets a little fruity and chases her, she does a little popcorn 😄
They are so in love ❤

If anyone has a bereaved piggie I can definitely recommend Debbie’s amazing bonding services x
Hector and Kiki will be coming home on the 16th February when we take Mikey up to Northampton for his conscious dental. I can’t wait to pick them up. I have already fallen madly in love with Kiki x
How long did this take?

What I meant was how long was Hector away from home?

Hector has gone for two weeks to stay at Debbie’s and be bonded. He got a lift up to Northampton with our old vet trip partners from Exetersho were going up with their piggie Mikey to see Simon at the Cat and Rabbit Clinic for his dental. we used to share driving Ted and their piggies up to Northampton for conscious dentals every fortnight. So we will pick up and take their piggie Mikey up for his next dental on the 16th, it saves them a journey and we can collect Hector and Kiki after Mikey’s dental. the actual bonding was done on the third day after he arrived, so you don’t have to do two weeks, it was just suited all concerned
