Thanks for replying :) Yay :). I've ordered some of her accessories too so can't wait to get them! She is so reasonably priced! Did u find the liners absorbed well? Is the fleece fabric tight? I'm currently using zorb liners which is great in terms of washing and drying as they are thin, but I also have homemade 2x3 liners for the extra bit of the cage made with2 layers of uhaul inside the fleece and I like that they are thicker as they feel more cushioned (although take longer to dry) and also I've sewn the fleece tight to the other layer so when I Hoover it it doesn't suck up bits of the fleece like my zorb liners which is a bit of a pain X

Yes the liners were perfect great absorption thick quality but dried fine on the line. Yes the fabric is tight and sewn well. I bought a 2x4 liner and it fitted perfect x

Ive got 4, 6x2 liners from ziggies and they wash well, they do take longer to dry than the zorb liners, but are great quality and do stand upto a 60 degrees wash without shrinking.the hoover works well,if to much suction it sometimes tries to suck the liner up/ive recentley had liners from hammockyhammocks, these have quilting on the top and bamboo towelling inside:).brilliant with the hoover, dry quick, and very absorbant, mine are 6x2 liners.ziggies cuddle cups etc, very well made and last ,,,, had mine over 3 years.ive just ordered some fleece forests.:)

Thanks for your reply! I had emailed hammockyhammocks but they hadn't replied after a week so I gave up (they did eventually reply but I had already purchased a set). I liked them because of the bamboo and I'm not sure what ziggiepiggies uses. My liners are also 6x2. Do you notice much difference with the absorbency between the 2 different liners? I'll probably end up eventually buying more and not sure whether to try hammockyhammocks or if there's isn't a difference with absorbency stick with ziggiepiggies as she is cheaper X

I think ziggy uses Terry toweling we don't have uhaul or zorb in the uk

I don't have any of her liners, but I do have a few of her cage accessories and they are great.
The pigloo is the most argued about item in our cage!
Her stuff was super well made and she is so friendly and on the ball with everything.
I recently ordered liners from elsewhere, and the process has been a lot 'less smooth'.....
Next time I will definitely be going back to Ziggy - lesson learnt.

We have got uhaul, it's just called furniture moving blankets over here. Doesn't sound so good sure it doesn't lol. U can get zorb on eBay etc but it's quite pricey! U.K. based company Candecosies uses zorb in their liners X

Oh
Yes they use it in nappies/diapers x
Oh happy days :).

Ah....the pigloo was the one thing I didn't order! Lol. Must go order some ☺️. I think I have a slight addiction X

It's also used in dribble bibs for babies too. There is also a another cloth which we use and that's called muslin which is an absorbent cotton cloth so she could use that or both.

Muslin mixed with another material in liners! Never thought of that! I don't mind what's in them as long as it works! Lol. My 6 piggie cage can get damp quite quickly. Going to make better pee pads and hope this helps me get another day or so out of the liners as at the minute I'm having to change the zorb ones every other day...but it's mainly the corners that are wet, and the pads I'm using are ones with polyester wadding which isn't great. Are u in the uk? X

I am in the UK yes it's a wet and horrible day in Liverpool so no outdoor piggy playtime for them today. I use her cage liner and pads in prone pee areas so the pads can be changed more if needed and the liner last a week well I only have two boys so it would last longer but wouldn't leave it longer than a week it a never got wet through to the paper either also I've never ever had a bad smell from my cage. X

Awe brilliant! I'm changing my 3 boys over to fleece too when my new liners arrive so it would be amazing if I got a week out of their liner! The vetbed dry wise would last a week in their cage, but I find it smells quite quickly compared to the smaller fleece liners I use in the 3x2 hay bit when I'm not using newspaper and hay (my green bin can't cope with both cages having newspaper and hay getting changed every day lol so I alternate between that and fleece with hay bags). I'm in Northern Ireland and we have a dry one here...although it's looking very dull so I dare say we might get some rain :(. Love getting the piggies out onto the grass! Just wish we had better summers over here....it rains soooo much! X

:D "ZiggysPiggies" has made several cage liners for me in the past. She did four cage liners size 2 X 5 for £90 including delivery, and later 12 small liners, approx. 14 X 18 inches, for only £40. Very reasonable. Only took about two weeks to arrive, as well. I emailed "CandE Cosies" a while ago, and asked for a quote on just 6 small liners. They said £45. I thought that too much for only 6, so did not order them.

In fairness to CandeE Cosies it cost me £70.30 for two 2x6 liners and from ziggyspiggies it was £64. I did get discount from candE so not sure if there was an offer on. Also candE use zorb which is more expensive. There liners are well made, my only complaint would be that the fleece was loosely sewn to the zorb so it doesn't lay flat against it. Also the zorb is very thin and I personally prefer the cushion of a thicker fabric....however with being so thin it washes and dries so easily! Swings and roundabouts i guess lol X

Hi @Laura mason, i did notice some difference in absorbancy.c and e liners zorb absorbed the most quickly, hammock hammocks absorbed as well as the zorb in my experience, ziggies appeared to not absorb as much, had to change on 5th day and not once a week as with the others, but i do have four piggies on my 6x2 liners, one neutered boar and three adult sows,:)

Thank you for replying. That's what I was worried about with it being cotton in the middle. Considering my zorb ones are so thin they do absorb a lot! I have 6 piggies in a 2x9 but my liner is a 2x6 as its an L shape. Ive been changing the liner every 2-3 days as the corners get wet (the other parts of liner is still dry), but I'm hoping with better pee pads I may get an extra day or so out of it. In my boys cage....same size only 3 piggies....the correx was cut a little too tight to the sides and has bowed a little in the middle. I find with the zorb liners being so thin you really notice it and was hoping with slightly thicker liners it wouldn't be as bad (can't really notice it with vetbed). I suppose I really should fix it lol, but not sure how to without wrecking the correx. The piggies don't seem to mind it tho lol.
If I could get 3-4 days out of a liner I wouldn't mind! I'll maybe order another set from hammockyhammocks and then I'll have 2 from each company lol...although they work out more expensive than the other two! X

I prefere hammocky hammocks as an all round liner,
a. Has good absorbancy
b.washes and dry quickly
c easy to use hoover or brush, does not suck or bunch up the top layer fleece
d monies go towards rescues.
this is only my personal view, others may disagree.good luck with your venture to find the best liners for you.:)

Definitely think I'll try them next. I like the way they are quilted. And u can't go wrong having three liners per cage....don't have to rush to get them washed and dried....I'm sure I can find more excuses to buy them lol X

I'm a fleeceaholic !you cannot have too many liners, just means you have more time to wash and dry, choice of fleeces,i do use 2x2 liners in the busy areas.Hope you find a good selection .x
