FLORENCE . . Not right. 😣

Thank you. . She's has little and showing but intrest in food. Her weight still going down but not as dramatic she's now 980
Her mouth defo giving her little grief. Hope you ok and all piggies.
 
I’m ok thanks :)Piggies hot and bothered and Jess was struggling with not much food either for a couple of days my poor old lady :( looking a bit better now thank god!

Vet said had a lot people saying their pets not eating etc. Weather. Phew.
 
Are your pigs in a room that gets alot of sun? Keep the curtains close and windows in the peak of the heat. Let the cool air in morning and evening with a fan on an open window sil 👍
 
Well yesterday at 2 ish I moved the girls into another room and they settled in quickly . . To me it's no cooler but I do anything to see if it helps. Must admit took me couple hours as nothing was ready
They settled and caught Florence eating some hay and generally ok. I even ok and this is sad but bet some of you have done it I settled down on settee for night. . Was lovely to see and hear in the shadows about 2am Florence eatibg a biccy then juice biccy juice.
Had squeaks not many but couple at breaky. So I'm going to add and make this there new home for week and give me chance (piggies) room a clean.
Not weight her but she's back at vets 11am tho Xx :clap:
 
I wonder if her teeth are not quite right. We’ve got a piggy who was losing weight but nothing obvious found. Simon said his teeth looked good. When there was no improvement, I took him back two days later. Simon just ran the file over his teeth, despite them still looking fine. Got home and he started eating well and gained weight!

I've had her teeth checked 3 times front as I see are lovely but I will ask again tomorrow big thanks for suggesting. .
She's better today and hit the food bowl few times. Both loving temp set up.
 
Oh my this little piggie. . .we at vets and she's had a check over and now xray to see if her ovaries and lady bits are ok. Her weight loss still now 960 . .
Anyone got a magic wand pls

No. Since her op to remove the Tumor her weight has gradually fallen.
She was losing too much and not herself at all. . . She use to gobble her greens and veg and graze on hay which is what we want our piggies to do.
She has started to eat but very picky.

I still think it is more likely to be teeth. Is there any swelling around the surgery site?

Vet just been and asked permission to scan her now.. . Teeth have again today front and back been checked . . Vet was able to check her back teeth as Florence was out. . I will ask about swelling thank you. Dave

Yes. But I've asked several times if her teeth are ok as suggested and I'm given by a excotic vet and shes 20 years plus owns the pratice and another vet that her teeth are great . . Just over 3 weeks ago she had massive Tumor removed.

How have they examined the teeth?
