Diet Club

In preparation for January, has any one had much luck with using smaller plates/portion plates?

I need to lose the weight I've been in a viciois cycle with, Mum is going to join me on this weight loss journey so we can support each other. I don't think we eat that badly anyway and we still want to be able to eat all the things we do but balanced, in proportion.

It’s awful being in a vicious cycle but you’re doing well and it’ll be great if your mum joins you as you can support each other

I’m following slimming world online and have so far lost 1 stone 4.5lb but at the minute I’m losing a pound one week then putting it back on the next which is so frustrating

I’m going to enjoy Christmas and then really get stuck in. The smaller plates / portions is a great idea d

I think smaller plates is the way we will go.

I'm still doing my 5 minute exercises and feel like have got them into my routine well now. After Christmas will look at going for 10 minutes and as soon as it is lighter past 6.30pm I will be doing lots more walking.
