No loss this week, stayed the same, feel a bit disappointed as have been really good with my diet.

Keep going I’m sure next week will be a good one.

Just a pound off yesterday but I’m happy with that as I had two take aways last weekend x

After 3 weeks of losses in a row, I had a small gain, not too fussed, plenty of time to lose a stone before Christmas so I can put it back on in one day!
