Well Leicester's just taken a step backwards. All non essential shops closed again
Oh gosh it must be really difficult ! THANK YOU for all that you do at work - YOU have really helped keep us all going ! I know the general public can be difficult ...... but remember WE appreciate you ! Take careI work nights in Tesco and the number of customers ignoring social distance is quite phenomenal. I always try and go down another aisle if I see too many. Or stand and wait. But social distancing in aisle is nigh on impossible.
Haha don’t know about that but thank you nonethelessOh gosh it must be really difficult ! THANK YOU for all that you do at work - YOU have really helped keep us all going ! I know the general public can be difficult ...... but remember WE appreciate you ! Take care![]()
Read this mate. Hope you are okay, a local lockdown will hopefully get it under control again, pity they didn’t do it when the data suggested earlier.Well Leicester's just taken a step backwards. All non essential shops closed again

Protests coinciding with all the shops opening probably haven't helped much for the city centres infection rate. I've seen so many posts on Facebook of people that live within the Leicester Red Zone say they will just go to the pub in the next town at the weekend. Some people are so infuriating!
Sorry that other people’s selfishness (I’d use another word but don’t want to cause offence - it’s not a swear word) is making things difficult for you. That's terrible. I've not seen any of that thankfully. My sister in law was supposed to come and meet her niece this weekend. She's 3 months old now and hasn't met some of her close family due to this lockdown and it's selfish people like that that are ruining it for the rest of usit's really starting to affect my mental health now and I'm desperate to get out and about more but I will not risk mine and my family's health
Hope it all goes well for you and any new procedures due to Covid aren't too irksome! What is it that you do?After being furloughed for the past 110 days, its back to work for me tomorrow! Looking forward to going back to some form of normality. Even though it's not going to be 'normal' as I knew it, the routine of going to work is very much welcome. There's some anxiety as well of course, especially since the other staff have been back for the past 2 weeks so will have already settled into the new way of doing things. It shouldn't take me long to get back into the swing of it though. Will probably be harder for my Mum having to look after my chatterbox daughter![]()

I read that a quick nap is healthy for your heart.I've noticed over lockdown, and a lot lately, my heart rate seems to be racing very fast, I feel out of breath. It seems to kick off when something like the 2 weekly shopping trip is coming up. I feel like my heart is going to give out. Anxiety maybe?
I can feel pulsating in my eyes and throat area. It's horrible, it kicked off last night when I was going to sleep, I woke up fine. And then when my mind booted up and I was about to go shopping, it all started again
I have had lack of sleep lately and hardly hydrated. I think I need to sort myself out. I've got very healthy pets and I'm not so healthy myself lolI read that a quick nap is healthy for your heart.
During lockdown, I found myself dozing off during the afternoon probably because I had nothing else to do. So, I began reading and found that a quick nap is really good for your heart.
Does sound like anxiety. I get the same symptoms when I start worrying etc.I've noticed over lockdown, and a lot lately, my heart rate seems to be racing very fast, I feel out of breath. I ended up at the hospital last year with chest pains and pains in my left arm, GP thought it was my heart. Turned out it was stress. Up until the last few days and the mask muddle (as the metro calls it!) I've been less stressed during lockdown, I have the perfect excuse not to do the things that worry me.
