Yum, love a good cauliflower cheese. Mix some grated cheese and breadcrumbs on top, sprinkle of smoked paprika. Lovely crunchy topping for it. @Betsy, SW tip.... make the cheese sauce without butter and used skimmed milk plus strong cheese to cut down the amount needed, it works.
