Have you tried the Amy's kitchen one? I'm not sure if it's still being sold but I thought it was lovely when I last had it.I have had a lot of very bland tasting ones too.

Homemade veggie lasagnas can be delicious - which part of the lasagna do you not like?
Vegan cheeses also have gotten a lot tastier/less plasticky.

Thai pulled mushrooms

Tried it today in a Thai restaurant at lunchtime.
I was pleasantly surprised - it’s very nice, but very spicy. A 3 🌶️🌶️🌶️ dish

I like almost all pasta but it’s the memories of truly awful veggie lasagna which in the 1980s seemed to be the only veggie option that’s put me off. I can’t bring myself to eat it.
