My Gorgeous Late Gran's Chocolate Victoria Sandwich cake (it melted in your mouth - she told me the 200 year old family recipe and I have only succeeded in making a Chocolate Victoria Sandwich cake that melts in your mouth twice in over 50 years - she managed it every time!)
