Yuck - don’t like spinach cooked, however

Baby spinach leaves tossed with Parmesan and drizzled with Balsamic vinegar
 
:hmm:Never tried that can only eat mashed swede with butter, salt and pepper though so would probably like that so I'll say yum to that!

Yuck

I’ve had too many awful lasagnas in my time when it was the only option for veggies. On one occasion the ‘chef’ had simply tipped a bag of frozen mixed veg in, covered it in white sauce and served it. :hb:

Yum to the Pancakes Yuk to the lemon juice and sugar. Maple syrup is the only thing for Pancakes! or cheese.

Saute potatoes?
