Tried a different tack today - ignored letters I had found in guess 1 and went with a completely different set in guess 2. Result - 4 letters in 2 guesses made it much easier to work out the word. Anyhow, just for today I managed to get it in 3!

Ooooh I like the sound of that strategy - I might give it a try tomorrow (assuming I remember of course!).

I actually did enjoy it, my brain doesn't get too much exercise now with being a stay at home mom. My brain is filled with things like "Why is the fridge door open?" or "Where did all of these socks come from!?!?!" or worse "Is that a piece of chocolate on the floor or..... Nope! Not chocolate!". I thought there was something terrible about that word based on what people's comments.
