My wordle app was different. No the App is definately Wordle
Certainly wasn't!I just had a go for the first time (I too have been wondering what this Wordle thing is) - anyway, I got it after 5. It wasn't exactly the sort of word that comes up in everyday conversation!

I like the idea of doing it on paper as a group, Was wondering if I could get my older breakfast club children doing it.Had a go at this yesterday and today, I can see why it's popular. I'm thinking a DIY on-paper version would be a great alternative to playing hangman with my son - just need some squared paper and a yellow and green highlighter as well as a pencil! And easier to keep track of the spelling than with long hangman words. In fact I bet a giant flip chart paper version would be a fun starter activity for a group... Might plan that into the next Messy Church session!

My son and I had a very successful trial in the car while waiting for big sis to finish her piano lesson. I wrote out the QWERTY keyboard for us to colour the used letters like you get in the real thing because I think it helps a lot more looking at that than just at my failed attempts!I like the idea of doing it on paper as a group, Was wondering if I could get my older breakfast club children doing it.
