White hard thing stuck in fur

My male guniea pig seems to have a solid white thing stuck in his fur just near his butt should I be worried
 
Is he kept with another male? If so it's likely boar glue, dried semen, and you'll have to leave it til it drops off itself.

If that's not the case then it's not something we can tell without actually seeing it.
 
I agree with lorcan - sight unseen we can’t confirm but if you have two boys together then it is likely boar glue (is dried semen). It will set solid. You can cut the piece of hair out but be careful it doesnt tug the skin. If you are in any doubt, then best to leave it alone
