I got a relpy from a lady, Choloe gave me her email address and here is her response

The vet did suggest something may be up his nose and I have looked, and i check his teeth regularly as years ago when I was young I lost a piggy to overgrown back teeth, so this is very important for me to check now.
She has been most helpful and would like to that Choloe for supplying me with her email address.
THANK YOU to everyone else, too many to name as you all been great! I am going to a new vets who caviesgalore recommended and hopefully we will get the the bottom of this!
I will be trying sudafed in next couple of days until I can get to the vet.
I will keep you all posted on progress and if we find a "cure!"
