Hi Guys!

I was reading that TEA's uses wheat grass powder from Aldi. I was wondering if this is in a syringe feed or as an additional supplement how can this be given, has anyone else had any experience with it? I know sometimes Debbie isn't on the forum which is why I'm posting for other experience's as I don't want to bother her as I know she's very busy. I'm looking for ways to get Toby to put some weight so if anyone has any weight gain suggestions please let me know?

@flintstones I add it into my syringe food, which can be mushed nuggets, critical care or baby food.

Have you tried porridge oats?

Why does Toby need to gain weight? I know it's not recommended but I was giving my Jon Snow small pieces of corn on the cob to get his weight up. And I was giving him a crazy selection of nuggets so he had plenty. Oh, and Readigrass.

He's still got the ongoing discharge from his nose, and has dropped in weight again 767grams. We can't find anything wrong realistically he probably needs more bloods taken but his red/white cells are low and he didn't bounce back from it so I'm reluctant to do that again.

Aww poor little dude :( Have you tried Harringtons pellets Jo? Ours go made for them....

Yeah @sport_billy, that's what he gets at the moment he doesn't eat a lot of pellets going to mix some excel in with them perhaps need to invest in some readigrass to, I don't ever normally feed it but I know pig's go mad for it. Flaked peas the Flintstone gang used to love them and are calorific perhaps Toby will like them to, I tried rolled oats but that was of no interest to anyone.

I wondered if yours has a favorite he enjoys eating.

My boy Finn can eat herbs all day and all night if I let him. His favorites are the cilantro, parsley, and basil. He also loves cat grass, his Oxbow pallets, and hay in his toy box. Finn will eat his romaine lettuce last.
Lara will eat everything including the veggies so it is hard to tell what Lara's favorites are.
