Hi I was wondering what vegetables I should feed my 3 guinea pigs?
I've been reading about veggies you should only feed a couple times a week. But what should I feed daily? Along with their hay and pellets...

My pigs get pepper (capsicum), cilantro (coriander) and cucumber every day. Every few days they get some carrot. And I alternate the cilantro with some green leaf lettuce every few days.

For my pig with bladder sludge and crystals, we avoid parsley, romaine, carrot tops and dill (all those as occasional treats) because they have high calcium.

Fruits like a little apple, grapes, watermelon rind or strawberry tops a few times a week.

Pellets...my two pairs share 1 tablespoon of pellets sprinkled around their pen twice a day, no more than that. Again for the calcium content, and because one pig gets the nose stripe, which may be from the grain in pellets.

And then mainly just mountains of hay every day!

You've received good advice so far except I'm going to respectfully suggest that fruit only be fed as one very small piece and only one kind of fruit one time per week. It's too sugary to be fed multiple times per week. Please read the above guide that was linked for you by user @My Piggies

I had one more question...
Should I be feeding grain or pellets?
Which would be better for their daily diet.

Pellets: Pellets – 2kg – Peters
Grain: MultiGrain Plus – 2kg – Peters

The grain in the link is entirely unsuitable for both Guinea Pigs and rabbits

However, I'm afraid the ingredients in pellets also are not the sort of thing you should be feeding either. Do you have any other options available to you in Australia?
You should feed something which is Timothy Hay or grass based and doesn't concern Lucerne (alfalfa) and ideally doesn't contain any grain/cereal ingredients either (or at least they shouldn't be grain/cereal based - hay or grass should be the first ingredient).

If you dont have anything else available to you then I would not pellets at all and just feed hay, grass and veg.

What brand do you recommend?
I've heard good things about Oxbow essentials..
I will just have to order it online.
Oxbow Essentials Adult Guinea Pig 2.25kg

Daily veg that my lot have are lettuces, green beans, peppers, a choice of radish or celery and then a choice of herbs normally I rotate through coriander, parsley, basil, dill and fennel. For a treat (no more than once a week) they get parsnip/carrot tops/skins, fruit, oregano, thyme, swede (rutabaga), and the boys may have some cabbage or kale but not the girls (sensitive tum).

I prefer a grain free pellets and the pigs do too! I use science selective grain free. I don't know if that's available to you. I personally haven't used oxbow BUT may do and I don't think its a bad food. :)

Yes that is available to me thanks! I might try it.

Does anyone know if this one would be okay as well

I feed them every day hay, pellets and then a cup each of fresh greens, usually grass, dandelions, plantain, clover sticky weed an cucumber an dcarrot, which is mostly common garden weeds you can find anywhere
