what sounds do you piggies dislike?

Well my three piggies live in my lounge, tv, hoover, washing machine etc etc does not bother them at all! do not bat an eyelid at fireworks but queer wee beasties that they are cottonbud can't stand laptops speakers - have to have the laptop on mute rolleyes and the new one today is furby hates the noise sellotape makes when you are pulling it off the roll rolleyes i was wrapping christmas pressies but have given up :(|)

The twins (just the twins. Full stop.)

However they couldn't give two hoots about the hoover, usually sends half of them on a popcorning spree.
 
Me and the OH are very clumsy noisy people, so any loud noise never bothers any of the Guinea Pigs. The only thing I have noticed is if I make funny sounds with my voice lol They don't know what that is so they talk about it to each other.
 
nothing really but the other day when I was syringe feeding Hector, my OH moved his leg on the bed and blimey! if I hadn't of had a keep reaction he would of been on the floor! he bloody shot!

Though I suppose baby Bounty is a tad skittish at the moment
 
Mine also hate sellotape, and when the laptop mouse clicks! They also don't like my taste in music though the TV does't seem to bother them
 
kissing noises!

(Just realised this sounds a bit dodgy, I mean when you make kissing noises with your lips at them, not when you're kissing another human being in front of them .. !)

The buttons on a phone when I'm cuddling Carmina - she will rumble for ages over that one. After that, loud sudden noises. And just recently they have all been having to get used to snow falling in lumps from the conservatory roof, there was much running around at first over that one. Poor things.
 
welll ash dosnt like jangling keays or toilet flushing
shadow dosnt liek my neighbours doors upstairs or when ppl pass wind lol
and they both ** the noise of the borg from trek lol
 
lol petal, ash and shdow say wheek to the phone, but if I'm on it and they dont her it ring(ie i call) then i get chattering and rummbling
 
Gerry and George love the sound of the hoover and wheek like mad at it and start popcorning. Bob hates it and burrs at it then runs away and hides.
When we got a new phone we had to go through all the rings to find one they didn't mind, they burred at all but one ringtone lol
I get told off for sniffing, coughing and sneezing.
 
ches and maisie love the hoover! they popcorn when they hear it! :))

they don't like when clumsy heavy handed and heavy footed o/h is upstairs making a right racket! rolleyes

they don't like people knocking on the door! and coughing they don't like either.

apart from that they aren't too bad. :)
 
The wardrobe door gets my boys every time! And the clanging of coat hangers and such. They don't like the sound of the phone or anything that clicks. Otherwise they aren't too fussed.

The hoover makes them popcorn...I've never been entirely sure why! :))

See, my lot ain't as impeccably behaved as they make out...

To be fair they have reason to fear the lot. Sellotape is the same as me hating the sound of packing tape. It is the most heard sound of my childhood - "We're on the move again!" - that I cannot bear it, and the pigs picked up on that fast too. And taps running, easy, they know it means bathtime!
 
The other night when hubby used some cellotape Reggie seemed to enjoy the sound and kept popcorning and making funny noises lol!

He does wheek alot when he knows its food time too and often when I'm cuddling him he makes cute noises too. x
 
My girls rumble when my boyfriends phone goes off, when i'm using nail clippers and when I have my Ipod speakers on but they don't mind at all when I have the radio on?!?! Silly girls!
 
all 7 of my piggies really hate the hoover @) but my two baby pigs go mad running around their cage popcorning and squeal with excitement when i rustle any kind of bag (hay,food, even the binbag when i clean them out :)))
 
My boys dislike sound from laptop speakers too - especially any kind of music! They're usually OK with music on the TV although they do get rumbly at some things.

They live downstairs so they LOVE to hear the tap running - 'cause that might mean FOOD! :)
